Mike Davis - President

Mike Davis, the former Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, is the founder and president of the Article III Foundation (A3F). He is also the founder and managing partner of MRDLaw. Davis also leads the Article III Project (A3P) which defends constitutionalist judges and the rule of law, Internet Accountability Project (IAP), an advocacy organization fighting to rein in Big Tech, along with the Unsilenced Majority, an organization dedicated to opposing Cancel Culture and fighting back against the woke mob and their enablers. As Chief Counsel for Nominations, Davis advised Chairman Grassley and other senators on the confirmation of federal judges and senior Executive Branch appointees, serving as staff lead for 30 hearings and 41 markup meetings. He oversaw the floor votes for 278 nominees, including the confirmations of Justice Brett Kavanaugh and the record number of circuit judges confirmed during President Trump’s first two years in office.

Will Chamberlain - Senior Counsel

Will Chamberlain is currently Senior Counsel at the Article III Foundation and the Article III Project. He graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2015. Later that year, he joined Quinn, Emanuel, Urquhart & Sullivan in Los Angeles, CA as an associate. He has also worked as an attorney at the Competitive Enterprise Institute where his practice focused on class action litigation. In 2019, he revived Human Events, the nation's oldest conservative magazine, where he served as both publisher and editor-in-chief. More recently, he worked for Governor Ron DeSantis' presidential campaign as well as his executive office.

Otto Heck - Chief Operating Officer

Otto is Principal and founder of Rostrum. A marketing and communications professional with over 20 years’ experience, Heck has served in the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate, in private industry, as a political consultant, and has served as an appointee in the administrations of President George W. Bush and President Donald J. Trump. Heck has demonstrated award-winning leadership in a multitude of organizations in elected and appointed roles, including serving as State Deputy Supreme Knight of the Knights of Columbus for the District of Columbia, President of the Marquette Club of Washington, DC, and other local civic organizations. Heck was made a Papal Knight with his conferral in the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem and was honored with the rank of Knight of the Holy Sepulchre.

Josh Hammer - Senior Counsel

Josh Hammer is currently Senior Counsel for the Article III Foundation, Article III Project and the Internet Accountability Project. He is the senior editor-at-large of Newsweek, where he hosts "The Josh Hammer Show" podcast and syndicated radio show. A syndicated columnist through Creators, Josh also hosts the "America on Trial with Josh Hammer" podcast for The First. A frequent pundit and essayist on political, legal and cultural issues, Josh is also a research fellow with the Edmund Burke Foundation and a fellow with the Palm Beach Freedom Institute. Josh is a college campus speaker through Intercollegiate Studies Institute and Young America's Foundation, as well as a law school campus speaker through the Federalist Society. Prior to Newsweek and The Daily Wire, where he was an editor, Josh worked at a large law firm and clerked for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Josh has also served as a John Marshall Fellow with the Claremont Institute and a Fellow with the James Wilson Institute. Josh graduated from Duke University, where he majored in economics, and from the University of Chicago Law School. He lives in Florida, but remains an active member of the State Bar of Texas.

Ian Prior - Senior Counsel

Ian Prior is the Chief Executive Officer of Headwaters Media. A communications and litigation expert, he has spent the past decade utilizing his experience at the crossroads of politics and media to successfully navigate some of the most challenging media environments in politics, government, and corporate America. Most recently, Ian served as Vice President at Mercury Public Affairs, where he worked for several Fortune 500 companies, multi-million-dollar trade groups, and high level political campaigns.
